S9 surfactant Pluracare 1307 Prill/Tetronic 1307 zwitterionic block structure
•The molecule contains polyethylene oxide (PEO) -polypropylene oxide (PPO) tetrapolymer (PEO-PO-PEO-PPO) with both hydrophilic ends (PEO) and hydrophobic ends (PPO), and the critical micelle concentration (CMC) is as low as 0.001-0.01 wt%.
•A single molecular layer is formed at the solid-liquid interface to inhibit the non-specific adsorption of gold-labeled antibody/antigen by the steric hindrance effect.
Charge dynamic regulation ability
•In the range of pH 6-8, the amino matrix in the molecule forms cationic properties, and produces electrostatic repulsion with the negatively charged NC film, reducing the T-line anti-white phenomenon.
•In acidic environments (pH < 5), carboxylic acid group dissociation exhibits anionic properties and is suitable for stable dispersion on the surface of blood cell membranes (negatively charged).
In the diagnostic kit strip
•Background cleanliness: Reduce the plugging rate of NC membrane aperture.
•Increased sensitivity: Through interfacial tension regulation, antigen-antibody binding is accelerated.
•Whole blood compatibility: non-hemolytic properties.
•Anti-interference ability: chelate metal ions, inhibit the activation of coagulation factors.
There is a synergistic effect with Braveds' Signal intensifier PO-5.
