Application.
The pH value of all buffers depends on temperature and concentration. For Tris buffer solution, the pH value decreased by about 0.03 unit when the temperature decreased by 1 °C, and the pH value decreased by 0.03-0.05unit when the concentration was diluted 10 times.
For precise applications, use a carefully calibrated pH meter with a glass / calomel combination electrode.
