Overview
Application.
Uridine 5-diphosphate-glucuronic acid trisodium salt has been used to optimize incubation detection and glucuronic acid detection.
Biochemical / physiological behavior.
Uridine 5-diphosphate-glucuronic acid (UDP-GlcA) is a sugar nucleotide formed by carboxylic acid. It can steadily participate in the biosynthesis of a variety of cellular components. UDP-GlcA is a glycosyl donor of glycosyltransferase and is used in the biosynthesis of several cellular components, such as glycosaminoglycans, some N-and O-linked polysaccharides, glycosphingolipids and pectin.
