AaCas12b (C2c1) Nuclease

AaCas12b (C2c1) Nuclease is an RNA mediated endonuclease. In the presence of PAM in the target DNA, it is guided by single strand guide RNA to bind to specific sites of target DNA and cut. AaCas12b can efficiently cleave single stranded DNA (ssDNA) while recognizing and cleaving target double stranded DNA. Unlike LbCas12a from the same family, AaCas12b is dual RNA directed and relies on crRNA and tracrRNA (or sgRNA formed after connection). This AaCas12b Nuclease is derived from Alicyclobacillus acidiphilus (Aap) and has good activity at 48-65 ℃.
