Overview
ELVANOL 71-30 is a kind of polyvinyl alcohol with medium viscosity and complete alcoholysis. It is soluble in hot water, but insoluble in cold water and common organic solvents.
It has excellent film-forming properties, soluble in hot water, oil resistance, grease resistance, solvent resistance and low oxygen and water vapor permeability.
