Overview
IgY from egg white was collected and immunized to New Zealand rabbits. Rabbit anti-chicken IgY serum with high titer was collected, purified by affinity chromatography and made by low temperature aseptic filtration.
Rabbit anti-chicken IgY is dissolved in 0.01mol/L phosphate buffer, PH7.4, containing 0.14mol/L and sodium chloride, without preservative.
The antibody has high titer and good specificity, and has no cross reaction with human IgG and mouse IgG, so it can be used for ELISA, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.
