Overview
Rabbit anti-chicken IgY serum with high titer was purified by affinity chromatography and purified by low temperature aseptic filtration.
Rabbit anti-chicken IgY is dissolved in 0.01mol/L phosphate buffer, PH7.4, containing 0.14mol/L and sodium chloride, without preservative.
The antibody has high titer and good specificity, and has no cross reaction with human IgG and mouse IgG, so it can be used for ELISA, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.
