Goat anti mouse IgG antibody

Aseptic state, dissolved in 0.01mol/L phosphate buffer, PH7.4, containing 0.14mol/L sodium chloride. No preservatives.

Definition: this product is affinity purified sheep anti-mouse IgG, and the titer (ELISA) is > 1: 400000. It has good immunoreactivity with mouse IgG (including IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3 and other subtypes), but has no cross reaction with human IgG and rabbit IgG, so it can be used in ELISA, IHC, Blot and other scientific research experiments.
