Overview
Specificity.
Inhibit serine, cysteine, aspartic acid and metalloproteinases.
General description.
It contains a mixed dry powder formula of water-soluble protease inhibitors with extensive specific inhibition of serine, cysteine, aspartic acid and metalloproteinases. Contains 4-(2-aminoethyl) benzenesulfonyl fluorohydrochloride (AEBSF), ubenimex hydrochloride, leuprotinin, Emur64, aprotinin, aprotinin An and phosphoramidone disodium salt.
Application.
The application of HIS-Select medium was optimized and tested.
Quantity.
50 mL mixture can be prepared by one serving. It is recommended to use one to inhibit proteases found in up to 10 g cell extracts.
Physical form.
The mixed dry powder is soluble in water.
