Overview
Specificity.
Inhibit serine, cysteine, aspartic acid and metalloproteinases.
Application.
Protease inhibitor mixed dry powder has been used to collect tracheal basal cells and combined with cold radioimmunoprecipitation buffer to determine the fate of tracheal basal cells. It has been used in rat lung homogenate to prepare protein immunoblotting analysis samples. After general sample optimization and testing.
module.
Each serving contains 2 mM AEBSF,0.3 μ M aprotinin, 130 μ M benzostatin, 1 mM EDTA,14 μ M Emuri 64 and 1 μ M leucostatin.
Other considerations.
The mixed dry powder contains water-soluble protease inhibitors, which have a wide range of specificity for the inhibition of serine, cysteine and metalloproteinases. Contains 4-(2-aminoethyl) benzenesulfonyl fluorohydrochloride (AEBSF), Emur64, aprotinin, leuprotinin, aprotinin and EDTA (sodium salt).
Quantity.
50 mL mixture solution can be prepared in one serving. It is recommended that 1 mL be used to inhibit the protease equivalent to 1 mg USP trypsin. It is recommended to use 1 portion of protease that inhibits up to 10g cell extract.
