Specificity.
Inhibit serine, cysteine, acid protease and aminopeptidase.

Points for attention in preparation.
The mixture solution of 1mL is recommended for the inhibition of endogenous enzymes found in 100 mL lysates from 20 g bovine liver or 10 mL lysates from CHO cells. The product is provided in the form of DMSO solution.

Warning.
The mixture should be stored at-20 °C.

Application.
After optimization and testing, it can be used for general purpose.

Biochemical / physiological behavior.
The mixture contains independent components, including 104 mM AEBSF, 80 μ M aprotinin, 4 mM benzostatin, 1.4 mM Emura 64, 2mM leucostatin and 1.5 mM aprotinin A. Each component has specific inhibitory properties. AEBSF and aprotinin can inhibit serine protease, including trypsin, chymotrypsin and plasmin. Benzostatin can inhibit aminopeptidase. Emur64 can act on cysteine protease. Leucoinhibitory peptides can act on both serine and cysteine proteases. Aprotinin A can inhibit acid protease.
