Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail 1

General description.
The phosphatase inhibitor premix 1 includes a mixture of inhibitors that will inhibit alkaline phosphatase and serine / threonine protein phosphatase, such as PP1 and PP2A. This product contains microcystins lr, cantharidin and (-)-p-bromotetrazole.

Application.
Phosphatase inhibitor premix 1 has been used for nuclear protein separation and catenin activation in electrophoretic mobility shift analysis (EMSA). It has also been used for Western blotting analysis.

Biochemical / physiological effects.
Phosphatase is an activity regulator of important biological processes. The inhibition of phosphatase by small molecules is helpful to study its biological role.

Quantity.
The recommended usage is 100 times dilution.

Analysis consideration.
The cell extracts of bovine liver, human placenta and rabbit muscle, as well as the extracts of A431 and Jurkat cell lines were detected.
