Overview
Aseptic state, dissolved in 0.01mol/L phosphate buffer, PH7.4, containing 0.14mol/L sodium chloride. No preservatives.
The size of VLDL is 30-80nm and contains triglycerides, cholesterol, cholesterol esters and phospholipids, triglycerides (TG) account for 60%, cholesterol (TC) accounts for 20%, apolipoproteins account for 10%, and other ingredients account for 10%. The protein part is ApoA Ⅰ, A Ⅳ, B100, C, E and so on.
