SA-HRP

Streptavidin and biotin have high affinity and the reaction is highly specific. Each streptavidin molecule has four biotin molecular binding sites, so it can bind biotinylated macromolecular derivatives in multivalent form at the same time, and has multi-stage magnification by using labeled HRP to catalyze substrate coloration. Compared with avidin, streptavidin has no sugar group and low isoelectric point, so it has lower background and higher detection sensitivity.

The natural avidin has stronger binding activity with Biotin.
