Human β2-microglobulin(B2-MG) Antigen, Native

Reference value: serum 0.8mg / L 1.8mg / L, urine 0.03~0.10mg/24h. Elevation: seen in impaired glomerular filtration function or increased filtration load. Decrease: clinically rare in sickle cell anemic nephropathy due to increased reabsorption of proximal renal tubules. BMG is a low molecular weight protein with a molecular weight of about 11800. BMG is found in human blood, urine and cerebrospinal fluid. The detection of BMG in serum is beneficial to the diagnosis of renal dysfunction and malignant tumor, and to the evaluation of disease treatment and prognosis.
