0.4% Trypan Blue Solution

General description.
Trypan blue is a dye used to distinguish between living cells and dead cells. It is an important dye that will not be absorbed by healthy living cells but can dye cells with damaged cell membranes. In this way, only dead cells will be counted. This method is sometimes referred to as dye removal.

Application.
Used to detect dead and dying cells in cytotoxicity tests, as well as routine evaluation for cell viability and proliferation tests.
