General description.
Coomassie brilliant blue R250 solution was used for protein SDS-PAGE gel staining.
Application.
Step 1: put the gel into an appropriate amount of dye solution to ensure that the dye solution can fully cover the gel. Shake gently for 1-2 hours. (overnight or longer if necessary) 2: soak the gel in the decolorant, shake gently for 2 hours, and change the decolorant every half an hour or so until the background color is reduced to the desired color.
