Application.
It is recommended to cover mouse embryo culture to prevent dryness.
Analysis consideration.
The material was tested as a covering in a droplet embryo culture. (all embryo test materials were tested with mouse embryos. BCF1 × BDF1 heterozygote is usually used. The oil is mainly used to prevent the evaporation of the culture medium, especially when embryo operation is carried out. The process is as follows: 1-cell (BCF1 × BDF1) embryos were cultured in three microdroplets of embryo-tested HTF (human fallopian tube fluid) medium supplemented with 0.4% BSA. As an effective experiment, at least 70% of the 1-cell stage control embryos must develop to the blastocyst stage within 96 hours. For product release, at least 80% of the 1-cell stage test embryos must develop to the blastocyst stage with test materials within 96 hours.
