General description.
Sodium acetate buffer is prepared with ultra-pure water and filtered to remove bacteria.
Application.
Sodium acetate buffer solution has been used to precipitate DNA. It is also used as a supporting electrolyte for electrochemical sensors. Sodium acetate buffer solution is suitable for protein elution and conventional molecular biology applications.
