The 20x PBS buffer was diluted to 1x buffer, containing 200 mmol Na2HPO4,35 mmol KH2PO4,2.74 mol NaCl,53 mmol KCl,pH, about 7.4.
Other considerations.
At the concentration of 20x, the salt concentration in the solution is very high. When the temperature is below 6 ℃, the salt will precipitate from the solution. If this happens, place the product in a 37 ℃ water bath or oven until all the crystals are dissolved and mix well. This process will not affect the quality of the product.
