Octyl beta-D-glucopyranoside

Application.
Octyl β-D-glucopyranoside has been used to wash agarose gel beads at different concentrations to study the albumin-shFcRn interaction in the presence of octyl β-D-glucopyranoside as a solubilization and solubilization solution of bacterial lipoproteins to dissolve recombinant 47 kDa antigen from Escherichia coli cells as a component of lysis buffer. It is used to detect protein content by BCA method and to prepare Nonionic dialyzable detergents for dissolving and separating membrane proteins by using the process of removing sugar as a component of cleavage buffer. It has been proved that it can improve the separation of proteins in 2D gel.
