Epibrassinolide

General description.
It is a natural brassinoid steroid (BR) derivative and a plant regulator with a structure similar to that of mammalian steroids.

Application.
It was used to study the response of cotyledons and stem length of Cappelle-Desprez (rht8) and RIL6 (Rht8) plants in MS medium, to induce callus in callus induction medium, to induce the expression of leaf inclination gene 2 (LC2) in rice samples, and to be a potential apoptosis inducer in various cancer cells without affecting the growth of non-tumor cells.
