Application.
Digitalis saponins have been used to evaluate the procedure for isolating mitochondria from ascites tumor cells. It is also used to study its effects on the cytotoxicity of secondary metabolites of cancer cells. This mild Nonionic detergent can be used to dissolve receptors and permeate cell and nuclear membranes.
Quality.
