Application.
Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide has been used in the study to evaluate the relationship between the distribution of anticharged ions on the solution surface and the miscibility of anticharged ions. This is inferred from the fact that the surfactant mixture contains common surfactant ions but has different anticharge ions. It is also used in the study to study its micelle formation in the whole composition range of water-dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) mixture by conductance analysis, density measurement and small angle neutron scattering.
