Application.
Suitable for DNA, chromosome and nuclear staining. It can be used for fluorescence microscope or flow cytometry. The maximum excitation wave is 346nm. Maximum emission wavelength = 460nm.
Dibenzimidazole H33342 trihydrochloride can be used to study biochemistry and reagents, fluorescent probes, labeling, particles and stains, luminescent compounds and detection and wavelength index. BisBenzimide H 33342 trichloride, Hoechst 33342, has been used to study the effects of inorganic and organic arsenic compounds on human T lymphoblastic leukemia cells. Hoechst 33342 was also used to study the effects of nine calcium antagonists on ABCG2/BCRP-mediated resistance and transport in HeLa-and SN-38-resistant HeLa (HeLa/SN100) cells (overexpressing ABCG2/BCRP).
Biochemical / physiological behavior.
Membrane permeability, low cytotoxic fluorescent DNA dye, inserted into the Amurt region of DNA.
Other considerations.
It is suitable for important DNA staining of various cell types and can be used as a probe for membrane permeability in mammals.
